you should go to missions for this and ask if you can go after a s rank criminal [randomly created by kye]

as s rank is highest you should get alot of xp for tht Razz

actually, players start with D rank missions, until they complete them

Spc Jounin and higher do not have to start at a D rank mission b/c they have been through heavy battles already.
